Attorney Fees

US Bank does allow Chapter 7 debtors to borrow money to pay for their attorney fees, from the proceeds of their loan, for work done on their behalf in order to secure a redemption.

In regards to attorney fees, 722 Redemption is strictly a disbursal mechanism and will only disburse fees directly to the attorney upon receipt of a signed and notarized acknowledgement and authorization by the client that directs 722 Redemption to release a check to the Attorney, on the client's behalf, from the Client-Attorney Fee Escrow Account.
