Paralegal of the Quarter Award

722 Redemption Funding is pleased to announce Scott Ziegler of Price Law Group as the first winner of the "Paralegal of the Quarter" award. Over the past year, Scott's hard work and diligent follow-through have helped debtors keep nearly $100,000 in their pockets via redemption loans alone.

Scott's success in this regard comes as no surprise to his colleagues:

"Scott is a very dedicated, hard-working member of our firm who works extremely hard for our clients. I am not surprised that he is awarded the "Paralegal of the Quarter."" - Allan Williams, Attorney, Price Law Group

"Scott has been a star bankruptcy paralegal in Southern California for almost 20 years. He is very well known in the bankruptcy community thanks largely to the fact that he has worked at several of the highest profile firms in the region and has made an enormous impact wherever he has been. (Scott) is very appreciated by his employers, co-workers, and, most importantly, his firm's clients." - Steven Alpert, Attorney, Price Law Group

Scott will receive a $100 gift card, and Price Law Group will receive a breakfast to recognize Scott's achievement.

Economy Affects Vehicle Redemptions

Many economists have been shocked by what has been called one of the most bizarre scenarios in recent history: home prices have been depreciating while used car prices have been appreciating.

As reported by the Wall Street Journal, auto auction house Manheim reported that wholesale prices of used vehicles rose 5% from a year ago. It's the highest increase since they began tracking prices in January 1995.  Why?

As a result, fewer debtors are upside down on their auto loans and creditors are more willing than ever to take vehicles to auction. This temporarily reduced the number of debtors able to benefit from a redemption loan.

Experts, however, are now predicting the bubble is about to burst. Vehicle pricing publications such as Kelley Blue Book and Black Book are forecasting a return to a "normal" car market in the coming months. Creditors cannot expect to continue receiving unusually high values at the auction as the market is predicted to correct itself with vehicle prices dropping by as much as 15% by year's end (source: autoliquidator.com).

Avoiding reaffirmations on these inflated vehicle prices is more important than ever. Our redemption and replacement programs are here to help your clients who may have overpaid for their vehicle as a result of these unprecedented market conditions.

New Cars Added to Replacement Program

If for any reason a redemption loan does not work, 722 Redemption's replacement program offers an excellent opportunity to avoid a costly reaffirmation without sacrificing much needed transportation.

We are pleased to announce that your clients can now purchase NEW cars through our program.

Benefits:

  • Pricing at dealer cost, which is well below sticker price
  • 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty
  • No-hassle buying process
  • No-cost delivery to most of the US

Why is it important to buy a replacement car at such a discount? Because principal matters.
