What Are The General Program Guidelines For Redemption?

• Vehicle must be less than 7 years old.
• Vehicle must have less than a 100,000 miles.
• Gross debt ratio: All surviving debt payments divided by verified gross income CANNOT exceed 45%.
• No previous bankruptcies in the last 10 years. (Chapter 13 converting to a Chapter 7 is an exception).
• No repossessions in the last 10 years UNLESS the vehicle is going back in the present bankruptcy.
