3. HOW:
   1. Have your clients apply online – or – print and fax this application to (888) 721-2823 – or – have them call (888) 278-6121.
   2. You obtain court approval for a reasonable, pre-determined monthly payment on a vehicle via a Motion or Application to Incur New Debt (sample forms available here).
   3. When the Order or Application is granted, the debtor begins to select a vehicle fitting the terms of the Order. A National Dealer will deliver a vehicle to your clients at no cost – or – they may purchase from any dealer willing to deeply discount the vehicles to comply with the terms required by U.S. Bank.
   4. When the vehicle is selected, we will send a new loan contract to the debtor, and upon return, the dealership will deliver the vehicle to your client’s front door within one week – at no extra charge!
   5. You submit a fee application to estate for services rendered
