You can request Settlement Proposals by calling or get it here (a great idea when you are informed of a surrender in a Chapter 7 case).

You might receive one in a number of ways:

• from us directly (if the debtor contacts us)
• from the debtor’s attorney or
• your own attorney assigned to this vehicle

All you need to do is send back the lien release letter and we can fund the loan within ten business days!
