The Replacement Process

  1. Have your clients apply online or have them call (888) 721-2800.
  2. All applications will be reviewed and submitted to U.S. Bank for approval. Approvals will be based on a payment your client can comfortably afford based on his or her individual situation.
  3. Upon approval, your client may begin looking for a vehicle fitting U.S. Bank's guidelines:
    • Late-Model, Low-Mileage Vehicles
    • Low Monthly Payments
    • Short Loan Length
    • Discounted Price

    If your client cannot locate a dealer willing to work within these discounted parameters, we can put them in touch with one that will deliver a vehicle to them at no extra charge.

  4. After your client selects a vehicle, we will review all paperwork submitted by the dealership to verify:
    1. the price - never to exceed 120% NADA trade-in value
    2. safety - dealership has completed a 50 point inspection
    3. background - via carfax of the car selected

  5. We will prepare a new U.S. Bank contract and review it with the debtor to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
  6. We will send the new contract to the debtor (or you, if you so choose). Your client's 1st payment will be due approximately 30 days later and they will officially begin to re-establish their credit with one of the nation's largest banks.
